: Feast of The Nativity of St. John the Baptist : (2007): Mapeera-Nabulagala Catholic Parish was officially inaugurated by the Archbishop of Kampala, Dr. Cyprian Kizito Lwanga. St. John the Baptist is its Patron Saint.
: Annual Pilgrimage to Nabulagala in memory of the First Mass in Uganda (1879). Theme: “Abalamazi mujje tulye entanda” (Fellow Pilgrims, come to the banquet of the Lord.) Mass will start at 10.00am at Mapeera-Nabulagala Catholic Parish Beginning of the “Novena with Pioneer Missionaries. The Joyful Mystery of the Visitation” which will end on the 2nd July. On that day, we will rededicate our Country Uganda to Mother Mary in commemoration of what the Pioneer Missionaries did on the same date in 1879 at Lubya-Nabulagala. *Novena Daily Masses will be at Mapeera-Nabunnya Pilgrimage Centre at 5.30pm.
